Spencer Grammer (born and raised in California) is Kelsey's son. The actor was born and raised in Los Angeles California Spencer is the daughter of actor Kelsey Grammer. Helene Fischer, the daughter of Peter Fischer and Maria Fischer, was born as the son of a second of Peter and Maria Fischer in Krasnoyarsk (Russia) and later the Soviet Union. Her father taught physical education and her mum was a professor of engineering at an universitiy. Joseph Stalin expelled Volga Germans who were her paternal grandparents, to Siberia as a result of the deportation in 1941. When she was just four years old young, she immigrated from Russia into West Germany together with her parents. Her six-year older sister was also a part of the group.
